This deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled 48 prior to event.  In the event of inclimate weather we will attempt to have at least one make up date.  You will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the event if we intend to use the makeup date.   If the makeup date or time do not work we will issue a refund.
